2. What personal data I collect

I collect different information depending on how you use this site.

Enquiries and contact forms.

When you use a contact or enquiry form, I collect the information you provide, typically your name, email

address, and the content of your message. If you enquire about a commission or a limited edition artwork, this

may also include phone number, delivery address, and details of the project you are enquiring about.

Commissions and purchases

If you go on to commission a piece or purchase a limited edition artwork, I collect the additional information

needed to fulfil that, such as billing and delivery address, and payment details, which are handled by our

payment processor rather than stored by me directly (see section 5).

The Artist Archive

Limited edition artworks are individually recorded in my private Artist Archive for provenance purposes. This includes the edition number, purchase date, and the owner's name and contact details. Archive records are kept privately; owner details are never published on the website.

Newsletter

If you choose to sign up for updates, I collect your email address for this purpose only. A newsletter sign-up exists on some of my sites, but not all.

• General enquiries that don’t lead to a commission or sale: retained for [12 months], then deleted.

• Records relating to a commission, sale, or delivery: retained for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes (typically 6 years), and, for Archive provenance records, for as long as the artwork’s ownership history is being maintained.

• Newsletter sign-ups: retained until you unsubscribe.
